We are delighted to announce the 17th European Conference on Fungal Genetics (ECFG17) which will take place in Dublin from 2nd – 5th March, 2025.
There will be a rich repertoire of 20 plenary talks delivered by eminent researchers and leading scientists from the field of fungal genetics. Talks will range from “Evolution of fungi in chronic infections” to “Linking fungal RNA biology with development and metabolism”.
A total of six one-day workshops on Aspergillus; Colletotrichum; Fusarium; Neurospora, Basal Kingdom and Trichoderma will take place on the first day of the conference, this workshop programme will aid delegates in the advancement and understanding of these fungal species and topics.
We were overwhelmed by the quality of the abstract submissions and we are delighted to showcase over 400 oral presentations across the extensive programme, including session topics “Plant Pathogenic Fungi”; “Genomes and Multiomics”; “Cellular Biology of Fungi” as well as many other cutting edge topics. Moderated sessions showcasing over 450 posters will close the conference each day.
